Children Entrepreneurs Wanted!

Need help with using Social Media? We are helping to host a free Social Media Class to learn how to use Instagram and Facebook to your advantage. Staying connected with family and sharing your pictures is a must nowadays with families spread out like we are today. You can also use this information to help grow projects, start or promote products you make or sell, and so much more. We work with a lot of youth entrepreneurs and we would love to help children and their families. Adults are welcome to attend of course to learn. Come out to this free learning event partnered with TUG Outreach INC where we believe in building up families and children-owned businesses.

Little Book Authors

There are talented children around us that can draw, write, come up with ideas, and who have the skill set to contribute to writing and publishing a children’s book! I would like to host a day for the children to come and work on a book that they can complete together on March 11th 1pm to 3pm. We are currently casting for an upcoming play entitled What’s for You is for YOU! We would like for you to audition for this promising production. We are currently looking for men, women, and children to be included in the production. Experience of every level, never done it before or if you have starred in productions, are welcome to audition. Some acting training will be provided for those that are cast (selected) for the production free of charge! WE HELP BUILD COMMUNITIES!

We offer youth coaching, life skill development, tutoring, anti-bullying programs, events, and assistance with school homeschool tuition. These services and programs are supported by much-needed books, activities, online resources, and in-person interaction. Trained and certified professionals help with the foundational aspects of this program. We anticipate working with 100s of students for our coaching program, which we call The Lesson, that teaches, creates products, and provides earning opportunities that help with sustainability. The services and products we create with the youth also allow participants the ability to earn money for their ideas and talents.

Our goal is to build communities by impacting children through the ability to solve issues or address troubled areas. We build relationships by spreading love, staying consistent with engagement, and demonstrating we care!

A typical week for us includes Coaching students 2 days a week for 30 – 90 minutes depending on age and course. Another is by visiting schools or organizations and presenting a sponsored talk on “Rising Above the Bully.” Usually, 300 to 800 students are in attendance. We also host weekly events like free skating, offer indoor basketball courts for youth play, and a host of other activities. We would like to sponsor 10 students to attend Monday – Friday homeschooling. Teachers are online for the entire duration and we offer a dedicated classroom with an attendant for attendance. (Students in attendance typically score 1 to 2 grades above their year based on California Dream results). We would love to provide short-term loans to new starts ups for a percentage of their business to ensure our funding and build up the community. We anticipate offering counseling, chaplain, and tutoring services as well to further accomplish this goal. 

 Your company can help TUG Outreach accomplish our goals by sponsoring books, school tuition scholarships, coaching courses and/or group sessions, as well as supporting fundraising events and free or low-cost activities. Our total budget including the above, which is outlined below, is $152,500.

• Group Session Scholarships ( 14 participants per module each participant has 8 sessions, also included are registration, food, and access): $4,620 (offering 5 modules yearly for $23,100)
• Counselor and Chaplain: $12,000 (2-4 touch points monthly in addition to requested time)
• Books and Materials for Coaching/Group sessions or programs: $8,000 (320 books)
• Marketing and Promotions: $12,000 a year
• Fundraising Events/Activities (Gym): $20,000
• Office Space: $10,000 a year
• Podcast: $9,600 (4 programs each month 48 total)
• School Program: $15,000 (10-month School Year Scholarship for 5 children) Tutoring: $7,800 (260 hours)
• Small Business Investment: $10,000 (4 Business: Startup needs, supplies, products, packaging, advertising, marketing, consulting, no salaries. TUG will own 10%-15%  received through guaranteed donations. 
• Suicide/Medical Suicide Prevention and Support for Unexpected Funeral Costs for Minors: $25,000 (Provide 40 hours each month or service 10 participants at a time over 12 Months for coaching/counseling/chaplain services. Provide funeral expenses grants for up to (1) families ($10,000), funds are payable to the funeral home only.)

The jewels with the most value, are not worn on your body, but seen in your reflection and believed in your soul. There is no motivation, no power, stronger than Hope! The only competitor is despair.

We believe in 360 care. Simply put, we create coaching, counseling, generate videos, audios, and make partnerships to offer additional help like tutoring, homeschool scholarships, small business consulting, and other similar projects or events to spread awareness and help to remove obstacles. We want to remove any excuse to justify failure, self-hate, gang violence, bullying, or poverty; we give people the option to choose life—hope!

You do not give a diamond necklace to a baby, nor would you give a baby everything they say they want. What you do, however, is prepare them for growing into their next phase of life. We prepare people by building them up first. Strengthen their mental, spiritual, financial, and overall being.

TUG OUTREACH INC is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section for any future Federal tax code. TUG OUTREACH INC’s  purpose is to build families by providing support services and connecting the family with tools to help establish a strong and stable environment for children. 

To further explain, we provide services such as entertainment events that build awareness, education courses (coaching), faith-based coaching, and linking people in the community with other organizations or services that benefit the family and help the parents, children, work or start/grow their small-business. We believe family is not just love, but a balance of spiritual, social, financial, physical, nutritional, and mental wellbeing. Every child deserves a strong foundation filled with love, structure, foundation, and basic necessities such as water, housing, food, and consistent utilities. 

Our program includes sending out ambassadors to raise social consciousness about the cause on a local and global level, provide low-cost and/or free/sponsored coaching, counseling, and chaplaincy services, along with holding fundraising events in order to raise money and pay for services to provide immediate relief and assistance to those suffering from social, mental, financial, nutritional, spiritual, or physical issues. To maximize our impact on current efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations which fall under the 501 (c) (3) section of the Internal Revenue Code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.

We are a non-profit 501 C3 organization that has a heart to impact communities by helping families. We have a special passion for youth and small businesses. We desire to help families by supplying coaching, group sessions, consulting, scholarships for schooling and tutoring, seed investing dollars (no salaries), and generating products/services that permit youth to generate long-term wealth.

We understand there is a traumatic epidemic, a cycle, which grows with children into their adulthood that is a dark cloud of defeat. Most parents don’t know life without struggle, and challenges or opportunities to learn seem to be overwhelming for most. Many ask how they can live a righteous lifestyle if it would appear everyone and everything they know points in a different direction? Our objective is to help alleviate some of these struggles by providing options, outlets, and a way of escape to defeated mindsets and downtrodden, or depressive worldviews.

The Talk is an unavoidable conversation that usually is had in minority households, not once, but is circulated throughout the household now on a daily basis. There is a discussion about sheltering populations from the traumatic picture of their ancestors to protect them, but this deception is only the bedrock for repeating the past. We have a chaplain mandate to educate and provide a healthy atmosphere for conversation.

Many children struggle with understanding the conversation and curbing their understanding to not generate hate for others or self-hatred. Many see religion as a tool used by the oppressor, to keep slavery ideals alive, but we want to demonstrate that spirituality doesn’t have to be poison. The power of prayer, Truth, worship, and ministry must have a genuine place in our lives for people to balance their lives.

We do believe most issues stem from spiritual strongholds, and our desire is to expose the spirit(s) that manifest as issues. Social injustices change the makeup of a person as does fear. What can speak and overcome fear and injustice? We believe in Scripture, prayer, and action! We understand that ministry and counseling should work hand in hand, as many receive deliverance they may struggle with what to do next. Many clear their hearts but what after? Some clear their consciousness but never feel whole. We offer support services by industry professionals to minister and coach or counsel needy men, women, and children. Before we offer grief counseling, we need to build a strong and real connection. Death shouldn’t be the introduction.

We are passionate about high-stress professions that tend to impact families. These jobs tend to be professions with long work hours or people who have to work more than one job to sustain life.
