We help build communities by investing time and helps to impact families.
TUG Outreach INC. would like to demonstrate an elaborate display of entertainment, mentoring, and personal development. In this 12 to 16-week program, we will train, develop, mentor, and orchestrate projects that include hosting a store, publishing a book, performing a play, completing a podcast, and a documentary video of our progress. We want to show children what they can do with the right support system and the community behind them. Our mission is clear: we want to empower Youth!
To further support the program, the youth will create products from their own ideas to sell and generate money. Participants will earn a stipend for their involvement and learn career skills they can use working any job.
This program will demonstrate the power of hard work and teamwork. The youth will pick a special project to volunteer on and support, and they will complete bi-weekly activities to build friendships and their confidence.
Financial Goal: $100,000
The program costs $50,000 to operate quarterly, but with the students’ efforts, we believe we can make or earn the other 50%. We firmly believe that what we value, we will work for. We want to teach the valuable lesson that money given is great, but money earned is powerful. We want to show the youth that they can be producers of creativity, ideas, entertainment, and financial success.
Our goal with this theater program is to impact the lives of youths. We want to teach participants valuable lessons, build them socially, and encourage them to earn income through participation. We are hosting a sponsorship showing and asking for contributions of $150, $250, $500, $1,000, $1,500, or $2,500 or more. Donors’ donations will help with the associated costs, and a tax donation receipt will be submitted with your ticket(s) to the event on November 6th, 7th, or 8th.

TUG Outreach Inc. is a non-profit organization that utilizes media, services, and helps to build up the family. With our passion to serve families, we are a contributor to helping communities. We want to see children, women, and men’s lives changed for the better. Sometimes it is a lack of knowledge, resources, programs, coaching, tools, etc. Our goal is to help people with a need reach the people or resources that can help! We are advocates for the family, so we do encourage participation in live events, promoting books associated with our programs, such as the Lesson Coaching and mentoring series, and children’s books authored by our participants.
How can you get involved? Currently, we are doing a fundraiser selling books with great content to benefit powerful programs.

We know our brain is a precious gift. We used to hear that the mind is a terrible thing to waste, but what if it is shutting down? What if you forget what you want to say? Or a person you so desperately want to remember, you can’t? How would you feel to wake up each day and the world is very different from where you remember it? Would you feel scared, sad, frustrated, or even depressed? It can be hard to see our loved ones living with memory loss, dementia, Alzheimer’s, or even old age. They are not as sharp as they used to be, and many don’t go to as many places or see a lot of faces (for those living in nursing homes). Many only see their nurse on a regular basis, so they don’t recall them at all. This book was written to help people living with memory loss, those who care for them, and their families understand and empathize with each other more. It is not easy to see your parent act and respond very differently than you know they were capable of. The pain and memory loss can cause family members to not want to come and visit. I want to encourage you not to be afraid of being there for someone who needs you more than their mind can say. Although their brain betrays them, their heart is faithful to take into account every moment of love you share with them. Feeling loved and knowing you are loved is critical for every person. It may be hard to feel loved or know that you are if the person or persons you want to love you are not around. Growing up with one parent, absent parents, or no parents can be tough! If you need a friendly and loving reminder that you are loved from the womb until now by many people, this book is the reminder. Yes, our parents should show they love us, but what if they don’t? Who can I turn to for love or a good reminder? This book talks about how God, teachers, friends, relatives, pastors, and others love you. If a parent is absent and it hurts your heart, this book offers caring words of love to help you think through the details and feelings you feel. It is okay to be sad about that, but we want to love you out of believing your life doesn’t matter. You matter in this world to people you know, but so many you don’t know yet! It is easy to believe that a hero is a man or woman who wears tights and flies around the room, but so many more heroes exist who don’t have capes you can see. Hero mom celebrates the moms who take care of their children with help or alone. She is a superhero in that she pulls off things for her children that amaze them. Everything from a big breakfast, holiday dinners, and getting them all to practice is part of her skill set. No matter what we believe spiritually, our families, children, and spouses are the jewels. Our relationships, how we choose to care for and interact with each other are the jewels. What we teach others and learn from our interactions, are the jewels.
The jewels with the most value, are not worn on your body, but seen in your reflection and believed in your soul. There is no motivation, no power, stronger than Hope! The only competitor is despair.
We believe in 360 care. Simply put, we create coaching, counseling, generate videos, audios, and make partnerships to offer additional help like tutoring, homeschool scholarships, small business consulting, and other similar projects or events to spread awareness and help to remove obstacles. We want to remove any excuse to justify failure, self-hate, gang violence, bullying, or poverty; we give people the option to choose life—hope!
You do not give a diamond necklace to a baby, nor would you give a baby everything they say they want. What you do, however, is prepare them for growing into their next phase of life. We prepare people by building them up first. Strengthen their mental, spiritual, financial, and overall being.
TUG OUTREACH INC. is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section for any future Federal tax code. TUG OUTREACH INC’s purpose is to build families by providing support services and connecting the family with tools to help establish a strong and stable environment for children.
To further explain, we provide services such as entertainment events that build awareness, education courses (coaching), faith-based coaching, and linking people in the community with other organizations or services that benefit the family and help the parents, children, work, or start/grow their small business. We believe family is not just love, but a balance of spiritual, social, financial, physical, nutritional, and mental well-being. Every child deserves a strong foundation filled with love, structure, foundation, and basic necessities such as water, housing, food, and consistent utilities.
Our program includes sending out ambassadors to raise social consciousness about the cause on a local and global level, provide low-cost and/or free/sponsored coaching, counseling, and chaplaincy services, along with holding fundraising events in order to raise money and pay for services to provide immediate relief and assistance to those suffering from social, mental, financial, nutritional, spiritual, or physical issues. Data resulted in a striking racial disparity. There were just under 40 Black renters for every 100 white renters in these counties. Yet for every 100 eviction filings to white renters, we estimated that there were nearly 80 eviction filings to Black renters. (EvictionLab.org)

We understand there is a traumatic epidemic, a cycle, which grows with children into their adulthood that is a dark cloud of defeat. Most parents don’t know life without struggle, and challenges or opportunities to learn seem to be overwhelming for most. Many ask how they can live a righteous lifestyle if it would appear everyone and everything they know points in a different direction? Our objective is to help alleviate some of these struggles by providing options, outlets, and a way of escape to defeated mindsets and downtrodden, or depressive worldviews.
The Talk is an unavoidable conversation that usually is had in minority households, not once, but is circulated throughout the household now on a daily basis. There is a discussion about sheltering populations from the traumatic picture of their ancestors to protect them, but this deception is only the bedrock for repeating the past. We have a chaplain mandate to educate and provide a healthy atmosphere for conversation.
Many children struggle with understanding the conversation and curbing their understanding to not generate hate for others or self-hatred. Many see religion as a tool used by the oppressor, to keep slavery ideals alive, but we want to demonstrate that spirituality doesn’t have to be poison. The power of prayer, Truth, worship, and ministry must have a genuine place in our lives for people to balance their lives.
We do believe most issues stem from spiritual strongholds, and our desire is to expose the spirit(s) that manifest as issues. Social injustices change the makeup of a person as does fear. What can speak and overcome fear and injustice? We believe in Scripture, prayer, and action! We understand that ministry and counseling should work hand in hand, as many receive deliverance they may struggle with what to do next. Many clear their hearts but what after? Some clear their consciousness but never feel whole. We offer support services by industry professionals to minister and coach or counsel needy men, women, and children. Before we offer grief counseling, we need to build a strong and real connection. Death shouldn’t be the introduction.
We are passionate about high-stress professions that tend to impact families. These jobs tend to be professions with long work hours or people who have to work more than one job to sustain life.
